Mulmul Cotton Saree with Woven Zari Border

Mulmul is a fine, loosely woven cotton that feels almost weightless and softens beautifully with every wash. This saree pairs a rose-pink body with a slim gold-toned zari border and a woven striped pallu, so it looks polished at a puja yet stays comfortable through a long day.

• Falls and pico not included, so you can finish it with your tailor

Draping tips

Fine cotton drapes best when it is lightly starched or crisply ironed. Pleat the front in 5 to 7 folds and pin the pallu at the shoulder. For office wear, pair it with a fitted cotton blouse in ivory; for evenings, try a contrast blouse in mustard or bottle green.

Care

Dry clean for the first wash. Afterwards, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent, do not soak, and dry in the shade. Keep the zari away from perfume and store the saree wrapped in a cotton cloth.
