Built for morning walks, easy jogs and gym sessions, these running shoes keep weight low and comfort high. The upper is a single-layer engineered knit mesh that lets air flow through, so feet stay cooler in Indian summers.

Features

  • Cushioned EVA midsole with a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop
  • Rubber outsole with flex grooves and a lugged pattern for grip on roads and treadmills
  • Padded collar and tongue; heel pull tab
  • Removable cushioned insole - swap in orthotics if you use them
  • About 260 grams per shoe in UK 8

Fit

True to UK size with a regular width. Leave a thumb's width between your longest toe and the front of the shoe, and try them with the socks you run in. If you are between sizes, go half a size up (choose the next size).

Care

Remove the insole and brush off dry dirt. Clean with a soft brush, mild soap and lukewarm water, then air dry stuffed with newspaper, away from direct sun and heaters. Do not machine wash, as heat and tumbling weaken the glue. Running shoes lose cushioning after about 500 to 800 km.
